About the assignment
We are looking for three digital communicators/editors with a focus on web and intranet for a full-time position (40h/week) for a client in Sundbyberg via a consultancy assignment through Bemannia. The assignment starts on May 1st and runs until December 2026.

The client needs to strengthen their web function for a period to handle incoming ongoing web needs. You will work with 14 colleagues within the web editorial team and UX writers at the client's premises in Sundbyberg. There is an opportunity for some remote work.

Your tasks

The work is often done in teams and involves creating, developing, publishing, and managing content based on the needs of target groups, guidelines, and legal requirements. As a digital communicator/editor, you belong to the web editorial team and work with external websites. This means you create, develop, publish, and manage content based on the needs of target groups, guidelines, and legal requirements.

• Write editorial texts together with those who have operational knowledge and simplify the language in our web content.
• Maintain and optimize web pages and content, among other things based on web analytics and other insights.
• Work in close collaboration with many experts in the organization.

In this role, you ensure that the content maintains high quality regarding customer focus, usability, and accessibility. The work is carried out in tools such as Sitevision, Jira, and Matomo.

Your qualifications

• Academic education in the field of information/communication, journalism, or other post-secondary education that can be considered equivalent.
• Recent experience (at least two years) as a writer/web editor during the last three years.
• Recent experience working in a web publishing tool.
• Recent experience in editorial work, as well as creating, managing, and developing content on external web.
• Good current knowledge of plain language and a customer/target group-oriented way of working.
• Good current knowledge of requirements for digital accessibility (according to the Act on Accessibility to Digital Public Services).
• Recent experience of changing content structures and working on larger content areas.
• Current basic knowledge in web analytics and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
